Wherever you go in Italy, you can be sure that the antipasti is either bruschetta or caprese. Caprese is a very easy to make starter, it’s ripe tomato, basil and mozarella. You eat it together after your poured some olive oil, salt and pepper on it. And why the Italians really love it? It has the colors of the Italian flag!
