Running is one of my hobbies over the last two years. I was approximately thirty kilos heavier, so running was a bit difficult for me. Starting with interval training was a good thing that i can recommend everyone. After a while you are able to run for longer distances and it starts to become addictive. It is still not easy for me to run three times a week, but i want to keep my condition in shape. You have to keep in shape to be ready for the chances you get in life.
